We continue this summers experience where reflection, critical thinking, and self-expression take centre stage.\nIn this workshop, we believe that art is not just about painting strokes or learning new techniques; it’s a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal growth. I will challenge the students to think deeply, explore new perspectives, and push the boundaries of their artistic abilities.\nThrough a series of engaging activities and thought-provoking discussions, I will guide them on a path of creative exploration. We will be experimenting with various art forms, from painting and drawing to mixed media and digital art. Reflection and critical thinking will be at the core of the workshop and I will encourage your teenager to question, analyse, and interpret their works, allowing them to develop a deeper understanding of their artistic choices and intentions. Through group discussions and individual critiques, they will gain valuable insights and feedback from both their peers and myself.\nBut it’s not just about the technical skills or artistic techniques. The class will nurture their ability to think outside the box, to dream and imagine without limitations. I will push them to explore unconventional ideas, challenge norms, and embrace their unique artistic voice. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, I aim to create a space where their creativity can flourish and their imagination can soar.\nThe workshop takes place at my studio in Luxembourg/Belair on Saturday afternoons every third Saturday of the month from 14.00 – 16.00h, starting on 16th September with the following dates on 21st October, 18th November, 18th December and 20th January 2024. The course fee for the workshop is 450€ and includes all basic materials and VAT.
