Imagine capturing the fleeting moments of spring—dewy vegetables glistening, vendors arranging their treasures, sunlight dancing across market stalls. This workshop is an invitation to see the world not just as it is, but as an artist perceives it: rich with color, emotion and untold stories.
Our journey begins on Saturday morning with an early morning market exploration, where your sketchbook becomes a passport to visual storytelling. You’ll learn to capture the essence of the moment—not just the physical details, but the energy, the life, the subtle narratives that unfold before your eyes.
The following day, we’ll retreat to the studio, turning those raw, spontaneous sketches into vibrant artworks that pulse with the market’s unique spirit.
Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, this workshop welcomes you with open arms. No prior experience necessary—just bring your curiosity, your passion, and your unique perspective.

This workshops takes place on Saturday and Sunday 17th/18th May. Saturday we will meet on the market on place Guillaume from 9.00 – 12.00 and on Sunday we meet at my studio in Luxembourg/Belair from 14.00 – 17.00. The course fee for the workshop and all materials is 280 Euro incl. VAT and payable on subscription.
