The Wingwave session with Sonja was a true surprise and liberation at the same time. She gave me clear instructions and explanations before we began, gently guided me into my topic and held the space through emotion. It was amazing how gently the knot was untied and neutrality set in. The redirection of thought was quickly established and was enormously liberating without having to talk about everything in detail.
